I didn't realize my country had spawned a zebra variety of human.

How fitting that it's a tribute to a Canadian musician too. Perhaps Bryan Adams is connected to the zebra people somehow by fate and coincidence.

We sometimes get pink and white zebras: friend of mine fell asleep slumped over in a chair in the sun and half an hour later, pink and white stripes!

I'm not sure how we differentiate between Black, White Canadians and White, Black Canadians but I'm sure Bryan Adams will write a song to explain and there will be support groups claiming there is no difference.
