I had a job in the City of London serving hundreds of dinners Monday to Friday.

Literally everything that was left in the hotplates, was minced for something tomorrow, nothing was wasted at all.

It concerned me that even the stuff that was in todays minced up stuff was re-used tomorrow.

One of my students works at Wendys and he confirmed the chili thing. He did say, though, that the leftover burgers are not ever below serving temperature, just unsold during the day. That sucks because I used to really like Wendys chili...

That doesn't bother me at all. Haven't you ever had left over meat that you ate the next day?

IF they maintain proper temperature, and toss the leftover chili at the end of the day, it should be ok.

I've eaten at most of those. Jason's Deli is pretty good.

Einstein Bagels are not great bagels.
