Only last night did I discover that Wales has just 6 cities and up untill 2012, there were only 5, St Asaph being recognised as one then.

(St Asaph has a population of just under 3,500. Thats a village surely :wah:)

I found out while watching a BBC quiz tucked away on BBC Four called Only Connect.

I'm not too clever so most of it whizzes past, at some speed, above my head but I enjoy it nonetheless and lavishly congratulate myself while my wife raises her eyes to the ceiling and yawns.
