Pretty amazing maters

Post by valerie »

A couple weeks back, I went to an end-of-summer party.

There were several plates full of beautiful sliced maters,

grown in the next door yard. Hostess asked me if I had ever

seen them, and since I hadn't, she said I should get the

neighbor to show me around. So I did, and it was really

worth seeing:

I've never seen tomatoes grown like that. Did you seen any of those horror show tomato bugs? God, I hate those things.

For some strange reason, we don't seem to get tomato horn worms

here. Not sure why, but I haven't had to deal with them in

years and years

My 48 tomato plants don't look near as good as those. She must work pretty hard on those. I would think you would have to feed those constantly since they are potted.
