Doric call centre - YouTube
I'm not a doric speaker rather I have a central belt scottish accent but I too seem to spend half my time talking to call centres spelling my name and address pronouncing it - and then having them mispronounce it back to me. Apart from anything else it's simple bad manners. I won't mention call centres in india.
