Europe takes UK to court.....again

MINISTERS warned Eurocrats yesterday they will fight legal action against Britain’s right to limit migrant benefits, which Brussels claims is illegal.

There must be a qualification factor for benefits, why shouldn't we set our own?
I thought I knew more than this until I opened my mouth
