What other hobbies/interests have you?

While not tormenting the auld buzzard. What other hobbies/interests have you?

As for me, I love waking in the hills aound my city, heritage and culture tours in the British Isles, bird watching, reading, Music, food/cooking, meeting with friends, and many club activities, local political debates,gardening, looking for shells on the seashore with the dog, and of course Forum Garden.

Cycling, biking, walking the dog in the park, camping, fishing, hiking, golf, BBQ's with family and friends, travelling any time I can afford it, reading, going to the many festivals, that we have locally. Poking around along the river banks for rocks and just relaxing. Visiting small towns and exploring.

I love music, and I'm getting back into it again after a mid-life hiatus. I learned to upload all my CD's to my computer and then it will burn a mix CD lickety-split!

I'm on my 12th mix CD already!

I also love videogames, I always have ever since the advent of the "Pong" game. (Ask me later for the story on how my father and his friend at the National Bureau of Standards invented the "pong" game.)

I enjoy listening to music and have a nice collection of baroque classical pieces - mainly by Handel and some by Bach, Mozart and others.

I recently purchased a Bose Wavetable CD player as I wasn't fully satisfied with the reproduction quality of my existing system. The Bose quality is quite awesome.

When not listening to music I torture myself and frighten my long-suffering wife by indulging in some 'day trading' on the stock market.

Those who also follow this persuit will know that it is not something to do if you're in any way nervous or prone to bouts of worry!

If I've had a particularly 'exciting' session in the markets, I calm myself down by playing some nice relaxing music.

hmmmmm, tune up to "my favourite things" by Julie Andrews in "Sound of Music"......Bothwell and SCUBA, history and crime, opera and springsteen, cons doing their time~~family and friends, squad members too, catching live lobsters, and icey oysters too! *slurp*

when you work all the time i think FOOD is an interest and to take time off and do NOTHING! Hobbies and interests have flew out the window so for us to rest and enjoy our home is the BEST! :wah: being alive and healthy. :-6

exploring with my neice - looking for dragons & fairy's

write short fantasy stories for under 10 year olds

watch at least 1 movie a day

& of course there's the internet addiction

its quite a solitary, quiet life, i like it that way

I like to do the following things: travel & go on sight-seeing tours, bowling, Fishing, golfing beginner-not too bad, watch sci-fi movies, listen to music, brisk walking, visiting friends, BBQing, tinkering on cars, and last but not least "FG"!!
