General Election the Polish impact ?

Post by Bruv »

Growing numbers of Polish residents in the UK are applying for British citizenship, allowing them to vote in the upcoming general election. In some marginal constituencies, their votes could make a difference.

So.....if any impact, why should it matter ?

Does it matter ? if it does have impact ?
I thought I knew more than this until I opened my mouth

General Election the Polish impact ?

At least we have some values in common I would be more concerned about the impact of UK residents' that want to change fundamentally the secular nature of our society to the detriment of all.

What's the problem with poles there are thousands of second and third generation poles already living here the only clue is when you hear the names. I have mixed feelings about their impact on employment and jobs for locals but all the ones I have worked with really do work and are sometimes quite vocal about the lazy bastards they have to put up with.

General Election the Polish impact ?

I kn that in Polish humour, just as how we portray the Irish as Stupid & the Scottish as Spendthrift, the Polish portray us as Lazy - such as "How many Brits does it take to change a light bulb? None - they couldn't be arsed - just pay a Pole to do it".
