Dear Martin,

May I suggest that you check out the personal adverts at http://www.labour.org.uk/membersofcabinet/ where a most talented crew of Scots emigrants are desperate to make new friends and influence people.

Alternatively, an Irishman called Bob Geldof has issued a come-as-you-are invitation for the first week of next month in Edinburgh, where he hopes you'll be able to shake hands with an assortment of Presidents from around the free world and North America.

Alas, I don't think we have many unattached Scots on Forum Garden.
Nullius in verba ... ☎||||||||||| ... To Fate I sue, of other means bereft, the only refuge for the wretched left.
When flower power came along I stood for Human Rights, marched around for peace and freedom, had some nooky every night - we took it serious.
Who has a spare two minutes to play in this month's FG Trivia game! ... My other OS is Slackware.

Overheard two welshman talking the other day-one of them said something about how sometimes you just have to shove a sheep through a fence. Seemed to be some kind of traditional welsh past time maybe you could explain.

welcome. there's quite a few of your countrymen over here zooming around on motorbikes, swedes as well for some reason, they all seem to head for the far north of scotland, even more now there is a direct ferry link to zeebrugge. Most of them seem to speak impeccable english and then they meet somebody from glasgow and you can see them wondering what planet they are on.

try these you might find what you're looking for

http://www.scottishwebcamslive.com/boards/

There were a couple of others but you have to pay-if you get my drift.

What part of germany are you from?

Scot girl here of course.

*he loves my scottish temper really*

thats the scary part I was refering to.

I liken Scottish women to something along the lines of a cross between Charles Manson & Tasmanian Devils.

Or tornadoes, tsunami's, hurricanes, landslides, avalanches, blinding blizzards, earthquakes, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Chernobyl fallout, sandstorms etc. etc. etc.

But maybe its just me. :-5 :o :wah:
