There are some choices there that I'd take considerable issue with, starting with Malcolm X, but I really don't see why it could be described as racist.
Is it racist? If it is then I don't understand what the word means.

I'd suggest it's racist in as far as it's one sided - they do not provide an equivalent chart for Caucasian or Oriental "icons".
