'Spy in the sky' tracks persistent offenders

Criminals who commit sexual crimes or domestic violence as well as persistent offenderswill be tracked by "spy in the sky" satellites in a crime crackdown launched this week.

Yes,thats ok. Go after these sex perverts who prey on our children.I'm right behind you on that, but - as long as they don't also use this 'spy in the sky' satellites to infringe on our day to day activities. Is this the end of our basic civil rights. Big Brother is Watching?

Locking them up is not the answer. I'd castrate them or put them down like an animal. Put them to sleep.
