Both very talented, Wolverine, but it's DeNiro. Much more versatile. Walken has been type-cast into the "psycho bad-guy" for a reason.

Everyone DID see DeNiro in "Awakenings", yes? Freakin' brilliant.

yes. not saying he isn't. I'm just a BIG fan of Walken.

I didn't really want to see "Man on Fire" with Denzel, but Walken was in it for like 10 seconds so I saw it. pretty good too.

I love "Suicide Kings"

Im prepared to make a rather bold and controversial statement at this time.

Pacino sucks !

He was made for The Godfather but thats where it ends.

Duvall ? Yes hes a fine actor but fairly one dimensional, his acting range is somewhat monotone.

I cant deny that Robert DeNiro is one of the greatest, his acting is genius but not comparable to Walken's dynamic presence and versatile range.

50 yrs now hes been one of the most enigmatic actors in theatre and film.

His credits speak for themself.

Baby Im sorry but you need to rethink this grave grave error on your cinematic faux paus, your blunder can be excused should you decide to cross over to the "right side" of the tracks so to speak. I implore you to give this some more thought please.

As a self appointed resident film critic my popcorn rating system is second to none.

Walken...5 popcorn kernels

DeNiro....4 1/2 popcorn kernels

Its close but far enough apart to make a distinguishable difference.

I have spoken !

Oh, you evil man. Did you see him in "Scent of a Woman"?? How 'bout "Frankie and Johnnie"?? Hmmm?? Well???!!

As to the rest of your highly opinionated, completely UNFOUNDED post, may I respectfully say:

PPPPPTTTTHHHHHBT!!!! :yh_tongue

So what....you think a long list of movies means talent? May I kindly point out that Heath Ledger is racking up the films under his belt and can't act worth spit? Geez, even Jessica Simpson, Madonna, and Rick Schroeder have movies under their belts...does this mean they can act? Hell no! It means they have good agents who get them parts! So, if the best you got is the list of Walken's movies to support your claim, you, sir, are deluded. Completely and utterly deluded.

You never answered my question: Did you see DeNiro in "Awakenings"???

This runs much deeper than I realized. We'll have to set aside large blocks of time to de-program your obvious uhhh deficiencies in the world of cinema.

I posted Walkens work not as an example of the amount of his artful contributions but rather to demonstrate his wide range of film offerings.

I scoff at Scent of a Woman !

Frankie and Johnny ? PFFFT !...........Double PFFFT !

Consider this a warning.................Never ever mention Rick Schroeder and Christopher Walken in the same sentence again, I just cant wrap my mind around that.

Hows Tuesday's 4-7 pm. for you ?

I estimate 4 wks. of de-programming followed by 6 wks. of intensive study.
