Detroit mayoral debate

So, the Detroit mayoral race is on. Current mayor Kwame Kilpatrick had a debate with Freman Hendrix, who is hoping for the mayor's seat for himself. This bonehead, this idiot, this straight-up CRIMINAL, Kilpatrick, who has been in hot water over several fishy and highly suspicious actions throughout his term, made a comment about the schools in the suburbs regarding drug use. He said, "In Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills and all these places, they do more meth, they do more Ecstasy and they do more acid than all the schools in the city of Detroit put together," L. Brooks Patterson, an Oakland county official is highly pi$$ed:

"That statement is irresponsible, it is slanderous and we are here to correct the record this morning and ask for an apology from the mayor of the city of Detroit," Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson said during a news conference.

Kilpatrick has made it really clear that he will not apologize for any comment. I truly wish I lived in the city just long enough to vote this peice of crap out of office.
