Porridge definitely, made with a pinch of salt and full cream milk. And then a swirl of syrup over it

Grits, baby!! Salt, lots of black pepper, lots of butter.

If it's cold cereal, I've always had Cheerios. Started with mounds of sugar, but now I eat it with none.

I haven't had grits in years! I need to get some so that my boys will see what they have been missing out on! Love them with cheese.

Favorite childhood cereal was probably Lucky Charms or Count Choculah. Anything with the little marshmallows in it. Now I like frosted Mini Wheats or Honey Nut Cheerios.

Yes, that's it. You can almost taste the "comfort" in it.

Ah I remember those days of opening up a brand new pack of Lucky Charms, pouring a lovely bowl full of my favourite cereal, and then being really naughty and only eating the marshmellows!! :D

Mind u I tended to go for any cereal that had a free gift in it, or the ones where u had to collect 4 coupons of the back of the box, and then send them in for a secret prize. Ah the good old days!! :-4

My grandma used to make me cream of wheat, with some milk on top & sugar. Then she'd make me butter toast to go with it! YYYUUUUMMMMMM!!!!:)

Used to get up early on Saturdays, & make myself Cheerios & watch Bugs Bunny.

My favorite now (my daughter & I laugh about it) is King Vitamin & hers is Raisin Bran. Is something wrong with this picture? hehehehe!!!
