Well, I was angry this morning, due to some nonsense going on, but in general I've been feeling like the Phoenix--I'm still in the 'ashes' stage, but will rise up again, reborn, and take flight.

Hope your day gets better!

Can I get you a big jug of water to rehydrate and rejuvinate.

I feel not bad, sore back and hip, a little worried about the kid, work is hectic and I have a slight cranium cramp but I think I will manage.

I feel GREAT! I'm unemployed, am in temp housing (waiting to find work then will buy a home nearby), am getting fat from sitting around doing nothing but surfing the web & interviewing.

But I'm healthy, my beloved is sticking by me, I have thousands of friends in this lovely Garden, and I have a million options at my disposal! Every day brings me closer to the ideal.

Everyone should be as fortunate as I. :yh_flower.

I feel like crap due to not sleeping well, no sleep apnea, no worries, no stress, just not sleeping. Go right to sleep and wake up in one hour, back to sleep and wake up in one hour etc. all night. Tried all the remedies. Tried that new crap advertised on TV ---Lunesta---, doesn't work for me at all. Wish I could sleep sitting up in a chair like some folks. Never have been a real sound sleeper though, even as a teenager.

whooo weee what those products fail to mention, is that they can have the reverse affect on one. Especially folks with ADHD or ADD as an example.

I want to go home, close all the curtains, turn on the TV, get on the couch and cry myself to a better world. Just very unhappy with everything and all I want to do is sleep and cry.

Makes for a fun day!!!:-1

I feel lazy. I have two papers to write, I really SHOULD go to the library, but enh, it involves driving for 30 minutes, and even though it's 1:30 I'm STILL sitting here in only my undies, with a warm orange cat sprawled across my legs. I'd really hate to disturb him.

Woke up tired due to lack of sleep....woke up about 4 times in the night (seems to be a common problem at FG).....got to work and some jumped up little prat p****d me off made me cry (not in front of him i hasten to add) and I have felt weepy all day....The last thing I did was send a feisty e-mail to a few people at work...(including the little pratt)....I felt better when I left, but I'll have to face the music tomorrow....ooops

I dearly want to leave work but I need the money and it doesn't feel right to chuck in a perfectly good job when some of you guys are desperate for work. I really do hate it though. I've been there 40 years and feel like a 40 yr old doormat....well worn and abused...Tomorrows another day...hopefully we'll all wake up with 'happy head' on and be fit a rearing to go....xxxxxxxxxx

Oh, no. I am positively sick. Foot's twitching. Leg's 'anging off. Sore bum. Back ache. Stomach's turning. Burning chest. Eaten a rasp. Nose has sprouted legs and is using them to kick my eyeballs. And a nameless dischordant steel drum band in my head. I could go into details. So positively sick! Damned good excuse for going to the pub me thinks.

As a dear ol friend of mine who is dancing with angels use to say "I'M ABOVE GROUND AND EATING.. ITS A GREAT DAY.. ;)

"DANCE, DANCE, DANCE.." Was another friends motto, dancing will work wonders, dance by yourself, dance to the TV, Radio you name it just dance.
ALOHA!!

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.

WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"
