Must be another Jazzy on that forum.

I wish we had snow here. I can deal with snow but I hate all this rain and wind. :(

Join Date 10-30-2009Let's start again. Does anyone know if Jazzy's still around?

Around, in this context, not meaning "posting on FG" or "logging into FG" but meaning online and in contact recently. As in "anyone seen Jazzy online lately? Is she okay, that sort of thing". It's a word-of-mouth heads-up to perhaps get her to speak and say hi after a long period of silence.

We evidently speak different languages, employ different logic and want different outcomes. I expect I knew that before we started.

This is Jazzy's intro thread, perhaps we can allow it to remain on topic.

Despite being almost battered with feathers, as In, blow me down, I must agree with Odie here In that your two posts are not similar nor a rearrangement of words.

Now call me an old cynic but you're not trying to stir up some mischief here are you Spot? As If you are really concerned about Jazzy, I could forward you her e mail address or you could simply send her a message on Wober forum where she Is admin. I am sure she would be humbled to know of your sudden concern for her.

Aha. A useful lead. Wober. Just, I imagine, what I needed. I'd looked on EA but apart from a toothless crone or two sipping gin at a remarkably accurate recreation of the Last Chance Saloon I saw no sign of recent habitation. Wober it is, then.

Everyone thinks Jazzy and I have a problem with each other except Jazzy and me, it's odd.

Everyone thinks Jazzy and I have a problem except Jazzy and me, it's odd. Jazzy Is admin on wober.net... You can simply use the contact us feature and that will go straight through to her there. It will either go straight to her or her co-admin, Theezy..... Either way she will get your message.

When you say 'Everyone thinks' then I exclude myself from your assumption unless of course your 'everyone' Is In the Neuter.

spot;1364880 wrote: This may be the wrong place to ask but is Jazzy still around? I am still rather perplexed regarding your Initial question.

Taking a stroll through the Forum Garden Hotel, It seems many members have had rooms In the past.

I appreciate some have moved on but others around the same time as Jazzy.

Looking at the long list of members rooms here, one can not help but wonder why you choose Jazzy's room to resurrect and post In what appears to be an attempt to lure her back.

I am also perplexed at your subsequent post that you had done this purely to see If she was around and alright when you have, to the best of my knowledge, never taken such a step with any other departed member.

There Is a whole host of members with rooms who have not posted for some tim, such as :

Hope6's room.

Gills Mutter Talk

Open Minds room

Butterfly Princess room.

Ask el guapo anything room

Kathy Ellen's beach hut

Koan's room

Ask Shellybelly anything room

Ask Nomad anything room

Thomas40 room

Rosie's room

David's room

Minks room, the beer thread

Kaz and Ducky's clubhouse

Jimbo's room

Ducky's nest

Kazalala's room

Room 322 G Man

Princess Ladedah's room

Cow Patty's room

Violet's room

I am afraid then Spot, It begs the question 'Why the concern and need to post on Jazzy's room when there Is a whole host of members who are also not posting these days?

Will you be resurrecting each of the above named rooms to see how their owners are doing or was It just Jazzy.

Now let us Imagine we are half way through an episode of ;Have I got News For You?' or 'Have I got a bit more news for you' should you be watching channel 'Dave' and It's the odd one out game.

The question Is ' From the list above Including Jazzy, which room is the odd one out' and the question Is debated by Paul Merton and Reginald D Hunter.

Now let us try and find a common denominator.

Only one of them has had a recent situation where another fine, long-standing member was embroiled In some-what of a bit of do with them.

Now call me an old cynic Spot but If I am wrong, please enlighten me and I shall make haste with a written apology.

Stir stir stir, eh?

I didn't bump a room, I asked in Jazzy's intro thread whether she was still around by which I meant, reasonably I think, is she still on anyone's radar. And the answer turned out to be yes. Uncomplicated, simple, lacking arcane malevolence, just a plain question to the membership. And no rooms molested at all.

Well then Spot, I am sure you will appreciate that due to a well established members thread Involving yourself and Jazzy, relationships became strained and I did not want that all raked up again simply because the established member Is a very good friend of mine In the real world and I did not want to see her dragged Into another episode at her age.

I had no desire to stir, however, I did fear you were trying to stir If I was being honest and If you were not, then true to my word, I apologise for thinking that It could be your Intention.

As far as I am concerned, It is the end of the matter.
