Well, it had to happen. The Japanese come up with some really interesting ice cream flavors.

Green Tea Ice Cream, Red Bean Ice Cream, and a few other. I hear that they even have a Seaweed Ice Cream.

I don't like Ice Cream. I don't like Chocolate either.

Give me a ripe Brie any day.

I'd be willing to try it once. I've been surprised before with new foods that tasted far better than I had imagined they would.

Just a weird thought - what type of syrup or sauce would you pour over some of these flavors to make a sundae? Somehow I don't think chocolate or butterscotch would blend well.

Wandrin - Who would have thought of chocolate and peanut butter....or vanilla ice cream with caramel! I am not that fond of chocolate but always open to new taste.

Durian:The King of fruit with a bad smell. I fell in love with it the first time I tasted it but many are nauseated by its odour and can't "get it down".

I encountered it while in Shanghai.

Can't say that I am a fan. Though I did manage to eat enough to avoid insulting my host.
