I once had to go to the hospital after cutting my leg quite badly. The wound was deep and it was obvious it would require stitches. The Doctor on duty was very hyper and abrupt and I was unhappy about him undertaking the procedure. In the end I asked if it was possible for a very polite and demure young nurse to stitch the cut. I definately felt the benefit of the Calmer Suture.

I haven't perused the whole thread but just had to see your initial posting, Hammy. I did read the book years ago, and actually found it very dull. Grin. Can't remember all the entanglements, but do recall that most of the rather stylised erotic technique seemed to consist of having a big brawl with your beloved then making up, creatively.

Would a western bloke, jaded with the same old same old, be more turned on if you suddenly leapt on him with one foot in his ear and the other somehow curled around his navel fluff, or if you wore your little nurse's apron and cap and a surgical smile???
