Bok Choy Intelligence

Scientists have reported that people that consume large amounts of Bok Choy increase their Intelligence Quotient (IQ) by as much as .008% over a five year period. Further, females have reported an increase in orgasmic sensation while eating Bok Choy.

Another brassica, they seem popular at the moment. Also bok choy or pak choi or bai cai. You could grow some in your garden.

They're fairly popular. Nip (!) down to your local unintelligble Far Eastern shoppe, and buy some (it's usually cooked to extinction in the Native Cuisine... imagine an Oriental Mrs. Beeton saying "Soh! I steam mine for a few minutes... then toss it in the wok when it's nearly finished.
