Hello,
New here.
I mixed up some frozen stir-fry vegetables and cooked them in the microwave.
I added some lite Italian salad dressing for a little spice.
I, also mixed up some Lite Tuna in water, with chopped celery, grared carrots,
a little pepper and some parsley.
It will be good by itself, on a light wheat english muffin or a rice cake.

Captain B. your recipes look scrummy....Are you the cook (chef) in your house ?
Since my family are all grown up and left home, I don't cook a roast anymore except if they come round for Christmas dinner. My other half has gone out so I have been able to have one of my favourites...Lemon sole gougons with a lemon mayonaise dip with lashing of green salad. I don't like too much fish but these are mmmmmmmmmmmm
