Personally, I don't run my monitors at anything less than 85 Hz. I get headaches when the refresh rate is set any lower than that.

Well, recent research suggests we CAN generate VERY VERY limited antigravity fields. A very large dynamo (apparently) can affect the local magnetic and gravitational fields. Here is an interesting paper to that effect.
